Focusrite Control 2 update brings improved workflow and accessibility features to Scarlett 4th Gen, now available to download.

Workflow improvements

Save and recall your favourite session settings within just a few clicks by using our new Presets feature. You can now easily recall input gain, mixer, and routing settings so you can focus on what matters – capturing great performances.

You can now customise your Direct Monitor mixes on all 4th Gen Scarlett interfaces. Take control of your mix by adjusting the levels for inputs and computer audio, to ensure the perfect personal monitoring mix with near zero latency.

Optimise your live stream with more control of Loopback for your 4th Gen Scarlett. By changing an option in the preferences, you can now send your Direct Monitor mix to Loopback. Use this as an input source in other apps to ensure your audience hears the exact mix you want them to hear.

We now have numeric values on gain, mixer, and pan controls so you can accurately adjust parameters with confidence and precision.

Accessibility updates

Screen reader software will now announce the status when pressing buttons on the front panel of your Scarlett, when Focusrite Control 2 is in focus.

Focusrite Control 2 is now available in 12 languages; English (Default), Deutsch, Français, Español, Italiano, Nederlands, Svenska, Polski, Português, 简体中文, 日本語, 韓国

The Focusrite Control 2 application will be automatically translated if your computer’s system is set to one of these languages.
