The latest version of Saffire MixControl. This installer includes all necessary drivers and software to run the firewire Saffire range of Focusrite interfaces.
Fixes:
* Added a workaround to resolve asynchronous FireWire transactions on newer model Macs (starting with 10.8.2) which might have caused:
- Distorted VRM using Pro 24 DSP
- Disappearing outputs on the Pro 40 and Liquid Saffire 56
- Unable to load from hardware
- Firmware updates failing
- Audio no longer distorted using WDM KS mode in Reaper
Tested for compatibility with:

To use the Scarlett 8i6/18i6 with an iPad follow these instructions:
- Download the Scarlett Mix Control iPad mappings found on this page
- From Scarlett Mix Control select File->Open
- Load the required mapping
- With the 8i6/18i6 connected, select File->Save to Hardware
- You may now connect the 8i6/18i6 to an iPad via the camera connection kit
N.B. The 8i6/18i6 is not bus powered and requires the supplied external PSU at all times
